The war on alternative facts came to its head with the release of "The Truth is Hard" campaign by the New York Times this past week. It seems that the country has vocalized its discontent with the media so loudly, that they have no choice but to evolve. In this episode, Josh, Bob, and Brian are joined with Dan Kozlowski, SLU professor and coauthor of the 20th edition of the textbook Mass Media Law.
It is undeniable that the repercussions of the Trump presidency for the state of major media sources are vast yet nebulous. Trump has routinely attacked major news groups, even going as far to call them the "opposition party."
